By Bart Sharp

Sometimes when we feel we are stuck in our personal growth we are close to breaking through to something greater in our therapeutic progress. It may feel like we are totally in our limitations when actually we are making great personal progress. Like the saying goes, “The darkest hour is right before the dawn.”

One of my clients told me that after doing sessions with me he was feeling more anger and rage than he had experienced in years in his spiritual growth. He saw the sessions as counterproductive, however it was really progress in his personal development. Finally my client was feeling what was occurring in his body, anger and shame.

Children who are shamed, aggressed upon or live in fear, there is the one thing that many of these young ones are not permitted to express is anger. They have a knowing back then that the situation would only become worse if they asserted themselves. It is a brilliant strategy to stay out of the way. Many children do this but unfortunately shame themselves later for it. As a result the anger then is suppressed even deeper in their psyche and body. There it is held suppressed as a part of their unconscious.

This type of suppressed anger becomes an unconscious influence in our life guiding us to health issues, addiction, depression and more. So many of my clients do not come to me to resolve anger but other by-products that are created from suppression of emotions. Many do not realize the rage that is within them. However when the issues are explored and cleared the anger and rage began to come up.

It is predictable for anger to reappear because the body desperately wants us to let this huge weight go. Repressed anger and rage is a degenerating force inside of us. When we begin the process of exploration to resolve the past the body brings the energetic memories of the old show angers up.

My client’s body was so ready so ready for him to release his rage that it came up in prolific ways. Unfortunately it scared him and he stepped back from doing therapeutic work. After time he realized this and came back to do my personal work. When we feel the angst and/or in crises it is the perfect time to go deeply into the situation.

When we have issues from our past come up, look at them as an opportunity to permanently release pains of the past. Our body and unconsciousness is trying to present this to us. We have the possibility to change if we choose to continue to do the self-improvement work.

By Bart Sharp

So many of our fears are based from past fears unresolved. Whether it anger, depression, rage, guilt or other emotions/behaviors it is likely that a part of it is from our past. We can learn how to resolve these memories easily with some reflective time, coaching and practice.

I was talking to a friend the other day on a variety of topics as we visited for several hours. The underlying perception I had was that he was stressed because of financial worries. It was on of the many topics that we covered during the afternoon.

After I went home I began to do some of the needed outdoor chores beginning with mowing my yard. As I pushed my mower thoughts began to pop into my mind such as, “Will I have enough money if my trucks breaks down?” “Do I have enough money to take the trip I desired next month?” Other various mind chatter topics of the fear of not having enough money begin to pop into my mind for no apparent reason. Suddenly I was not my happy self.

After mowing the yard it was time to look into this machine of fear that was taking over my thoughts. I sat on my couch and asked my body a simple question. “Where is the energy originating in my body that is the source of this fear?”

Instantly I felt a small trauma in my heart, it felt like I was in trouble and afraid. I sat and quietly felt it. It was an uncomfortable circle of unrest that circled my heart chakra. I had felt this same energy many times as a child and sometimes as an adult. I generally felt it when I was afraid of being punished or I wanted something very badly and believed that I was not going to receive it. I continued to feel ever part of it, as deeply as I could.

When I perceived it as much as I thought possible I asked what age was I when this first happened. I wanted to know when I started this pattern. I began asking questions and using an applied kinesiology or muscle testing technique I found at two years old. I began to ask questions of exactly what period of my early year this energy was held in.

Finally I got that this was an anxiety I was having when I was very ill with pneumonia. A time when I was stuck in a crib, sick and anxious whether my needs would be met. It was the traumatic feeling of the child that was stimulated by my friend’s anxiety that his needs were not going to be met. It paralleled my own and because I had not resolved my own judged fear long ago so it came up again.

Now I was clear of the fear based memory. I then began to visualize that child in the crib that still existed in me. I held that visionary child in my arms and told it that he was no longer in the crib afraid but a grown man. I nurtured this child, assured it. Within a few minutes all of the heart discomfort disappeared. It was resolved.

I no longer had a nagging fear that all was wrong in my life. The issue connected to it was permanently resolved. Now I felt free and happy. There were no more fears about money. I knew I was OK.

So many of our fears are based from past fears unresolved. Whether it anger, depression, rage, guilt or other emotions/behaviors it is likely that a part of it is from our past. We can learn how to resolve these memories easily with some reflective time, coaching and practice. We can live in a world where there are no hidden fears from our past.

By Bart Sharp

Fear is the core of all illness, it resides as unresolved emotional pain suppressed and hidden in our body. If the pain festers it will eventually distort into a destructive behavior or body dysfunction.

According to the spiritual text, “A Course In Miracles” fear is the basis of all negative emotions such as anger, shame, guilt, jealousy, rage, hate, etc…

It has been a common belief that most if not all sickness has a psychological origin in its creation. It is the body’s unconscious attempt to release emotional pain a person has suppressed that is most likely the source of illness. Even though we may attempt to forget the experience and keep it in our past the body remains in present tense with the pain of the repressed emotional past. It is a burden the body carries and attempts to let it go through unconscious strategies.

One way the body tries to release is by unconsciously guiding us to repeat the same behaviors that are similar to the original unresolved emotion. It is our unconscious’ way of trying to get free of the pain. For example, we attract intimate partners, friends or supervisors that are similar to the parent we struggled with. Or we continue to find ourselves in conflicting crises that reflect the traumas of our childhood. Sigmund Freud stated 90% of our actions are influenced by our unconsciousness. We continue to be influenced by our unconsciousness because our unconsciousness continues to guide us to resolve it.

However for many do not see their everyday struggles as a message instead judge how bad or wrong it is. The difference between being open to learn the messages that our emotional pains are trying to give us or staying fixed in the distress of it is a choice. The first step in moving out of the cycle is to question how we created it.

Disease is often a repetition of judgments of how bad the painful experiences are in our life. We repeat the unresolved patterns judging the wrongness of it and compound the pain for our body to hold. For many they feel a sense of hopelessness that they will never go beyond these situations. It is how we create sickness in our body. Emotional pain will find a way to be expressed in a negative way if it is not released.

If we can be open to the concept that physical pains and illness have an origin in something that has not been resolved we can begin a relationship with our body and mind communication with the distress. The inner journey within the consciousness of what our body has held can begin. A more whole healing can be possible for us.

Healing is a mind to body process of identification, resolution and then release. It begins by recalling the stories of our past and as we relive them while paying attention to what is occurring in our body. For example if we tell a story of anger we held back as a child we could also feel a tension in our colon related to the experience. The colon is holding an energetic memory of that childhood time (and maybe many more).

The therapeutic process becomes more of a visceral experience by feeling the body’s sensation as we explore the stories of our life. It is the body’s way of showing us where the pain is held. This distress is the source of our body pain and illness. We perceive deeply into our body to feel where we have hidden our past away. It is as parallel to the actual childhood or adult experience as we can get.

This is the place where a powerful form of direct healing can occur. There are several strategies that can be successful. To be present with the emotional memory and discussing with that part of you that still exists in the past can often release the distress. It can be as simple as nurturing and telling the wounded persona from the past that he no longer has to fear that painful experience anymore, they are now safe and the people that inflicted the misuse are no longer with him/her. Then the energetic stress releases and then dissipates.

In addition to the above strategies I find that doing some kind of therapeutic work that directly releases the emotional memory is extremely helpful. It seems to create a more deeper and profound change as it connects directly to the body’s memory of the incidents we have tried to forget.

It is a process, but the benefits of this type of work can be enjoyed for the remainder of our life.

By Bart Sharp

What makes someone so mean and angered that they can or could commit violent acts onto others? There are three parts in the creation of someone so angry. There is a pain in that person so angry that they could be violent, a decision they made to act on it and a judgment they made it right or wrong that holds the pattern in place.

The pain is often something the persecutor has held all or most of their life. The common emotional experience that holds this pain in place is shame. For many aggressive people it is something that they experience often at an early age and is most painful for them. Shame is conveyed is such ways as telling a child they are unwanted, not welcomed in the home, undesired, wrong for their actions and so many other ways. Parents that resent the fact that they have children are some of the worst culprits as the child is the victim of the parents discontent through their actions and unconscious thoughts.

The child then harbors the pain of the shame and builds their self-esteem from that limited point of view. The creation of feeling lesser than others and having people in your life that reinforce the perspective is the nucleus of another emotional stronghold in the child’s life, anger.

As the child grows they choose what to do with the anger. It is a decision that creates an important pattern in their lives. Does the child express or suppress the anger?

If the decision is expression then the child most likely will likely use anger as a destructive and controlling force. It is unlikely that the child learns how to use anger in an assertive or positive way because they did not have the roles models to teach them the skills. Most likely the pattern of aggression is done by a judgment that they are right or wrong in their aggression which the judging solidifies the pattern. The unconscious and suppressed judgment influences the repetition of aggressive acts. The shame through anger creates an active ongoing pain in the person.

The unconscious mind/body is a powerful part of us. Sigmund Freud said that the unconscious influences 90% of our decisions. It drives us to decision in a subtle masked way. For example, a person who seems to be aggressive to passive men may have unresolved conflicts with her own passive father. Unconsciously the person is trying to resolve the conflict attracting similar people into their live to re-play it. Unfortunately this unconscious strategy does not have a high degree of success.

If the decision of the child is to suppress the anger they find more passive ways to express the anger and/or self-destructive ways to reinforce their own powerlessness such as depression, addiction, ongoing anxieties, disempowerment, and long list of other behaviors.

When we can come to terms with our anger by identifying it and feeling it within us then we are on the path to feeling where it began, the shame. Using therapeutic strategies to explore these long lost emotions through the body memory can be very effective in identifying the shame and releasing it.

Bart Sharp works with clients by identifying the body memory of the emotional pains and then using energetic clearings to resolve the memories. People discover a new perspective when the shamed parts of themselves evolve to a joyful perspective. A freedom and inner strength is rediscovered that feels natural and gives the person a new power to transform their life.

By Bart Sharp

The basis of our present emotional limitations is from the unresolved conflicts that we have encountered in life. The challenges we have suppressed in early childhood are often the most difficult to uncover.

In the process of discovery of how our life was created, listening to our body and trusting what we perceive allows us to have a greater insight than recalling our life only from the memories in our mind. As we review our life we can feel those memories as body will express the repressed through reliving the tensions, fears, angers, etc … The energies of our traumas and conflicts exists not only in places like our stomach, heart and solar plexus but we often hold the memory outside of our body as we separate parts of our spirit from us as a way to deal with the shock of being unable to process the conflict. The suppression of these part of our self is the impetus for addictive behaviors, love addiction, co-dependency and other self sabotaging behaviors.

For the past few days I have grieved the loss of my former girlfriend. It was not an odd occurrence as I have processed this for several months. Today was worse as something was obviously coming to a head.

As I sat and contemplated I begin to reflect about the woman who I declared as my first love at age eighteen. I was crazy about her yet when the relationship was beginning to become intimate she broke-up. As I thought about Nelda I began to feel a heavy yet traumatic sensation vibrate about eight inches outside my lower abdomen. I am not unfamiliar to such sensations as I feel the energetic memory of much of my past. This particular sensation was the part of me that was still grieving my first love, still in the shock of it frozen in an energetic place outside my stomach.

Within a few minutes of this realization I was negotiating with this shadow part of myself telling me that I was no longer eighteen and if it wishes to find love the best place is in my body’s heart. The split part of me integrated back into me.

I quickly explored the separated part of me grieving my latest former girlfriend in a place outside my stomach invited that energy to come back into me. Then I recalled three other relationships that had similar endings and not surprised to find the same dynamics of the other two relationships. Though these were not all of the loves of my life these five relationships were all hauntingly disappointing like grasping for something that I could not have. Looking back it felt like I was destined to fail in all five loves.

The question arose, “Was there an earlier relationship that began this pattern of futility?” The information was almost immediate, my mother. I did have a sexual attraction to my mother and a competition with my father during my early years of life. Sigmund Freud was spot on with the Oedipus complex, I felt in not only in my bones as correct but could perceive the split energy resonating strongly outside me more dominate than the other five ones.

Beyond feeling the sensation of the energy it all made so much sense for myself. I was a sickly child, was very dependent on my mother and the youngest son. My father had bonded with my two older brothers; I had my mother. As innocent as the dynamics were it all laid out nice and neat. However, as Freud said the son cannot have his mother and must come to terms with this loss.

Unfortunately there were no therapist or counselors in rural Texas in the 1950’s to help me so the part of that overwhelmed with this challenge left my body to exist outside of me. I spent much of my childhood and adult life living outside my body functioning in the fears of these separate shadow worlds where the incidents of trauma perpetuated itself. It was the shadow part of me that believed that women were unobtainable, or at least a certain type of woman. I could now see how I unconsciously created suffering for myself by wishing for a type of woman that was unavailable like my mother, (though my mother loved me as her son). I would find myself spinning in a cycle of frustration.

The power of finding the shadow part that long ago separated from us allows our body to integrate that unconscious part back. An unresolved part will continue to recreate the traumas it was created from as a way to find resolution. Unfortunately most of us are unaware of how the body and mind process conflicts and are influenced by the energy to recreate the event again in a different situation with similar types of people to the original crises.

When we bring the shadow energy back into our heart and body all of the emotional angst and unconsciousness that the split part created dissolves as the spirit becomes whole. We receive back all of the energy that was used to create the stuck point of view. When I witness a shadow part going back to a person it always feels like a minor miracle. It is a testament to the concept that our unresolved unconscious conflicts are the source of our suffering but we can find the freedom through our self-rediscovery.

The Matrix Of Anger, Sadness, Lack And Other Negating Emotions

When we experience an emotion it creates an energy that emanates out of our body. This energy goes out to the world just like millions of other energies from millions of people that reside on the planet. These unintentional projections resonate with other similar thought patterns and build a resonating frequency together. For example the sadness in a community that are grieving for someone that everyone knew can make the experience more intense. It would be the same in an impoverished neighborhood in that the feeling of lack would be more dominating.

The conglomeration of energy becomes a matrix that sets a community, a city, a country or a planet into a mindset. If we feel into the tempo of a country like the United States there are some interesting matrixes established.

It is funny that we are the richest nation in the world yet most people are persistent in seeing what they lack instead of grateful for what the have. We are a nation that has had a high incidence of wartime and has had a very aggressive history within our country.

It is in my opinion the matrix of the mindsets of anger and lack is prevalent in this country. It is a consciousness driven by our unconsciousness, to stimulate fears within us. If we take the mindset of lack there are multitudes of messages to reminder what we are missing in life that we see countless examples in our media, in those we associate with and with our political leaders.

How many commercials on television do we see that attempt manipulate us in believing that we are not cool unless we drive a certain car or own a specific brand of fashion? In the government our leaders remind us of what we have not have in our society, yet we are the wealthiest nation in the history of the world.

A disappointing part of this reality is of lack or anger is it has become an addiction to hook into the energies. In a nutshell when we become angry it stimulates our adrenal glands and various other parts of our body. If we are angry or around the anger of others regularly our adrenals are being bombarded from it. Our body acclimates to the energy so eventually we do not feel normal unless we have the stimulus of anger. Our mind and body will find a conscious or unconscious way to bring it into our life. Of course as we emote this we send the energy out to the matrix.

Changing these ever-present vibrations of limited thought forms can be done in a variety of ways. A great place to begin is with an individual confronting his or her own fears and limitations. Another way that is practiced in various spiritual modalities such as prayer, meditation, chanting and amongst other forms.

In important fact is that nature is separate from all of the matrixes of limited mindsets. It does not have a brain or ego to limit it. We can learn from a species that has a different reference of living and at the same time maintain our cognitive reality. How? Perceiving the energy of that life form and bringing into our life or body. The basic premise of living boils down to energy not the brain, mind, ego, thoughts or emotions. We create life with energy so why not direct it to creating the dreams that you would love to have.

Using the tools Of Access Energy Transformation the energetic limitations of emotions and the places that they are connected can be cleared. Learn to live a great life with the tools of Access. Schedule a session with Bart Sharp and release your suppressed emotional memories. 512 809 6807 or heartorfurtle@earthlink.net

The energy in our bodies goes to other places than our normal activities as our body functions

Where does your energy go? Our essence is energy. We are energetic beings. The energy in our bodies goes to other places than our normal activities as our body functions beyond a linear way in our lives. Our body functions in a holigraphic reality which means we are living in our present world as well as future, past, other dimensions. We are much more aware of our reality here as we connected to so much more beyond our visual sight. In summation, we are experiencing only a slice of what our body is processing.

We spend so much of our energy living in the past. If there is a place inside of us unresolved we are energetically feeding it. So much of us goes to these past places instead of creating what we really would desire in this reality. The strength of creating a successful reality here is supported by how much of us we can bring in right here, right now.

Below are some ideals of what to investigate when resolving our past and some tools that I found to be effective.

Where does this go back in my past? Where is the original source of it? It is the first question I ask. Sometimes we may have a memory directly related to the incident. Other times we may logically know where it began such as; “I know my lack of receiving began with my father because he was always in fear of not enough money.” We can begin to explore how we integrated that limitation in to our life. In a situation like this we may not know exact incidents because there were so many, resulting in a widespread effect on our lives. Or we begin by recalling the most major incidents to begin the process and the minor incident may later reveal them selves.

“Releasing The Traumas Of Abuse” a CD by Bart Sharp clear unconscious energies that hold the memories of the traumas of abuse in our body, CLICK HERE!

As we become adept at processing we will come to discover that our active memories do not hold all of the information needed in order to process this material. Memory is a mind and body process. It is good to request both to recall.

As we put forth our intention to look at our past the memories will come up. Stories of our past will appear. What happens other times is that we will receive only glimpses of the past. We know that the energy of the memory is there such as pain or sadness is there but we do not know how or where it was created.

As we explore a limitation ask your body and mind questions of how it was created. It can be a simple as asking, “Body, what was the sensation and memory of me at age three when I fell and broke my arm?” Allow the memories to come up from your intuitive self to guide you. You may receive a flash of a message or a gut reaction to a situation when you explore an experience. Trust the information. It is your body giving you input.

The body memory feels different than what your mental memory. First it usually comes up into our stomach or heart area into your head. Or it is a straight visceral body sensation like tension in your lower intestines. For example I asked my body to re-identify what it was like when I almost drowned at age two. I immediately felt a traumatizing sensation in my body. Since that request I have spent meditations being present with the energy of that trauma and nurturing that part of me that is still living in the fear of the past incident.

Like my drowning incident some things began at such an early age that we have no cognitive memory with it. We have to trust our body memory for a recollection of the experience. It will generally be a visceral experience of the memory although I know some people that do receive visual memories.

These are very important to explore because our first years of life are generally our strongest influence upon us. These memories often are stored in our stomach and lower intestinal areas.

When we ask about a memory of our past and we should pay attention to our lower abdominal areas and what suddenly appears in our conscious mind. It may be only a glimpse of a memory. Respect it as valid. Body memories are not clear like the ones held in our minds. However the short messages from are body may grow into something with more clarity. It is somewhat like resolving a mystery as you receive bits and pieces of your past.

The important aspect of being free of or past is having the awareness of what occurred. It is the biggest part of the work. When you have the clarity of what happened it opens us to see the bigger picture of how we unconsciously and consciously create our present day life. Our power is in our knowing.

A friend gave me some good advice about anger, “Allow it, and don’t judge it, experience it and it will go.”

In my years of doing Access Energy Transformation I have seen so many dramatic changes in my life of more ease in everything I do, increased psychic abilities, greater charisma, personal power that I had never believed that I had and a variety of abilities that are too many to mention.

One part of my life was not progressing at the same way that was my resentments towards others. It seemed as much as I was creating ease, joy and glory in my life an anger towards others, my past and worst, the people that I cared for the most was always working against my growth. It was one of those places that I could not resolve; therapy, inner exploration and the standard access clearings seemed to not work. My resentments and mistrusts were always a monkey on my back that never fully went away.

My girlfriend who is very perceptive told me that there is a deep rage within me that I had yet to explore. She could feel it and it made her feel uncomfortable. I responded, “I’m not that angry! Sure I have my resentments but that is not inner rage. Besides, I have gone into my childhood and I understood the abuses that occurred to me. I have come to peace with them.”

My girlfriend did not share my point of view. She was leaving for two months to work in another country and asked that I explore those hidden places within me. Respectfully I began to look into that process.

A friend gave me some good advice about anger, “Allow it, and don’t judge it, experience it and it will go.” It was a good start but there was more that I needed.

A few days later I was listening to an Access CD by Gary Douglas on the topic of Anger. As usual Gary said something that was profoundly what I needed to hear. He said, “I would keep pushing into the barriers and open up my woundedness, experiencing the intensity that most would label as pain. Each time I did and allowed it to be I found within me a greater power and a bigger being.”

In an instant I knew that was what I needed to know. With that nugget of knowledge I embarked on a fearless journey within me. I was beginning a nine-day spring break holiday and since my girlfriend was gone I would have a lot of time to myself.

Whenever resentments, anger or a heavy feeling would pop into my mind I would stop and ask a question, “What is this about?” Then I would sit and wait. The energy of the anger would appear much like Gary described. I would feel the intensity of the experience and most of the time the memories of the past would come to mind. Instead of judging it I would feel it as fully as possible and embrace the experience.

After a while I would ask, “Is there a deeper origin to this anger and where is the source of that?” I would wait again. Generally a new intensity of energy would appear and after waiting I would get the information of what happened to create it. It appeared that my body wanted me to release this and was doing whatever it took to guide my awareness to it. When I released the anger my body always felt better, more vibrant. The older suppressed anger was generally more intense but I used the same strategy of allowing it to be. Then after I perceived that I had experienced all of it I would begin doing Access clearings on the repressed energetic experiences.

After I did the clearings I would experience a huge release that felt great. In a few days I found that suddenly I was having hardly any resentments. I also found that my mistrusting feelings towards others were diminishing as well. I was just happy and content. What I discovered that almost all of my day-to-day frustrations had an origin from the past and really had little to do with my present day challenges. It felt like nothing really bothered me anymore or for least very long.

It was amazing experiencing my traumas that I had feared all of my life. I had created so many internal messages to avoid from these ‘bad’ memories and repressed them even more. What I had learned is that these memories became an energetic implant that manipulated me to draw in more fears, dramas and anger as a way to reenenergize the older pain. When they cleared it felt like a removing the bottom blocks of a pyramid my limitations were crashing down all around me.

Within a few weeks my body was feeling completely different. It was light like an inner space had opened. When I did meditations or communing with nature it felt as if I was truly a part of the forest or the universe it self. A cosmos was happening within me, I began to perceive more of what the god source within was like for me. The suppressed angers were like energetic boulders that cut off my receiving to this infinite reality and probably much more. Now I can access this expanded self any time I choose to be it.

As I work with others using these tools I see radically dynamic results. Access had always worked in big ways but clearing the suppressed anger got to the core of so many issues with people. They happily reported stories of how much happier and expanded their lives were. I delighted in their accomplishments.

Interestingly my business immediately picked up to a new level. Suddenly people began to come to see me out of nowhere. The big inner space of me was pulling them in. My life has been growing in a wonderful way with less effort, with more joy and abundance.

The problem is that most of us were not taught to be present with our anger in some way or form.

The true purpose of anger is to stimulate us to take action. The more that we can be present in us with our feelings and express them in some way we release anger with greater ease. The best example of the expression of anger and letting it go quickly is from animals. They are direct with acting upon anger then once the situation is finished they quickly go back to a calmer demeanor. The key these creatures have is an immediate recognition of anger in them selves.

The problem is that most of us were not taught to be present with our anger in some way or form. Some of the more common themes that we create of a distorted view of anger are: good children don’t get mad, a dominating force over us to create submission, or confronting anger with more anger. What they all have in common is a basis in fear and not allowing that person to express them selves in a constructive way.

If we are present and acknowledge our own anger it is often enough. Although there are times of acting on your anger is needed. But, in this world of manners and consequences when we go beyond boundaries of social mores we are sometimes stuck without an opportunity to express ourselves. The most important thing to remember in these situations is that we express and process our anger in some way. Most of the time all of what is required is to explore it either alone, with a friend or in a therapeutic setting.

For those who have had a history of suppressing anger they may not be as aware that they are angry. It may be some time later that they realize that there were angry. They may have suppressed their feelings with years of rationales and justification of why they should not be angry that it takes a very strong event to occur before they feel angry. This group was probably taught in some aversive way that feeling or expressing anger is not OK and/or safe.

For those that express anger in an overly aggressive way. It is a fear of being the person down or hurt that they are avoiding. They took the perspective it is better to dominate than suppress.

What the two perspectives have in common is a fear (for most part unconscious) to be present with the anger that they experience. The reaction is different, one projects it out to others and the other brings it inward. It is important to not judge either viewpoint as more right or wrong, better or worse. People choose differently due to their environment, upbringing, sibling order, and other variables.

The first step in breaking out of your own cycle is the realization that it is your own creation. The people that influenced you to be a certain way did not create you or your limitations. Some though had very few choices but to express anger by suppressing or dominating. It is important not to judge you as wrong for what you have chosen.

The freedom begins in you identifying how you react to anger. It is seeing the patterns that you have created. What are the triggers or situations that stimulate you to dominate with anger or suppress it? What are the dynamics of your past that are creating the patterns that you are living now? Was it a dominating parent, or a passive influence? It is good to start with an analytic look.

When you can begin to see the dynamics of the situations that you have grew up with and are currently living in it is time to take it to another step. Begin look at the stressful incidents of your life to feel what it is like in your body. Where are the intensities of these memories stored? Does your stomach tense when you relive these memories? Is the upset of a memory stored in our solar plexus? Our body holds these memories energetically and these suppressed fears unconsciously influence us to recreate the situation again and again. It is our body’s way of trying to resolve these issues. There are easier ways.

Our mind on the other hand reacts to the unconscious influence that the suppressed anger or fear is recreating. It will respond to a present day situation with the intensity that we were experiencing with a suppressed anger from childhood. That is why we are triggered to be overly angry in a situation and not understand why. It is the same mechanics of why we do not understand why we are depressed or have anxiety attacks.

The process of letting go of these distressed memories is feeling the intensity of the past anger without judging it. To feel it as fully as possible, perceive what it is like to perceive all of the rage and fury. It is important to remember not to fear or judge it (how bad and awful it was). Be an observer of the situation. You are starting the process of letting it go.

In addition to the above exploratory processes I like using the tools of Access Energy Transformation because thoughts, beliefs, and emotions are cleared on a cellular level. When we can find the deep energetic memories of these events a huge release of the suppression can be released permanently and quickly. It is a process of identifying the anger, feeling it and clearing it. It is very effective to change your limitations with anger.
