Physicists have proved that we affect everything around us by the attitude we are projecting to our surroundings. What scientist had found is that the smallest particles of an atom changes in response to the observer. Each time the observer elicited a positive emotion the particulates responded by becoming positively charged. Again when the person viewed the atom with a negative emotion the particulates changed to a negative charge.

This popular study demonstrates the potency we have to change our surroundings and the reality we function within. It all begins by what we are internally feeling. It does make a difference starting from the smallest particles that affects the fabric of the reality of our everyday life.

In each endeavor we choose to create is a life form in itself whether we are writing a book, creating a website, working a business, raising a family and/or planting a garden. When we interact with our creation directly or indirectly we influence how it will take form. There are the logistical physical things to do: for example we must write the pages if we wish to make a book. The creation also takes form in more subtle ways that are beyond our actions.

The life forms we create in their most basic essence are energy. What makes an energetic life form grow better is more positive energy. We are making the life from the molecules up.

What many do not realize is that our conscious and unconsciousness works together in this generative process. We may be putting a lot of energy into being positive in all of our conscious thoughts but if there seems to be a sabotaging force that prevents us from manifesting what we desire.

The negative unconscious could likely be issues of suppressed trauma, fears, anger, shame or others that we found overwhelming in our past. Most likely we were unable to process it therefore we hide it inside us. It is still working inside but for most people, they are unaware of now the unconscious affects their life. Sigmund Freud said that the unconscious mind affects ninety percent of our decisions made. Freud may have been correct as the unconscious does affect our lives in very subtle and sometimes obvious ways.

Suppressed emotions such as abuse, anger and fear generally have shame as the underlying base that perpetuates the defeating emotional pattern. The definition of shame is the belief we are less worthy or something is wrong with us. Often, shame is communicated to the child by their parents.

If shame is a part of the unconscious base of our self-image how can we expect the manifest the grand dreams we ask for?

If you are practicing the philosophies of “The Law Of Attraction” described in the popular movie “The Secret” your unconscious world may be sending a mixed message to counter react the “all is positive in my thoughts and actions” as our way to create more abundance. Exploring our anger, shame, abuse etc… may be the most important steps in manifesting a greater abundance in your life as the power of our thoughts will come more from our conscious mind in a greater way.

Everything has speeded up.  Scientific studies have shown our DNA has been speeding up for the last forty years.  All of life is progressing.

Each age has its challenges and in some ways its feels like our backs are against the wall to transform or fall into peril.  The factual reality of global warming, over-population, the negative side of using fossil fuels to name a few are unavoidable problems that we as a species face.

What can we, the common person do?  Yes there are some very common sense lifestyle changes that we all need to do such as; conserve fuels, re-cycle and/or live simpler lives.  There is something much more powerful that this planet needs.

This is the time of the quickening where all is evolving at a rapid pace, technology, culture, government and we as a species.  The greatest gift that we can do to help in the development of the planet is to transform our inner self as much as we can.  The entire consciousness of the planet is about change, it is a great opportunity and your time to advance your soul to its greatest potential.  The good news is that there was never an easier time in the history of the world because so many energies of the world are about transformation.

Whatever your spiritual practice is, I encourage you to do more of it.  If you feel that you are not progressing enough add more or change what you are doing.  Dare to ask the question, “What am I not learning or perceiving about me that if I could know it, would break me through to greater consciousness?”

I encourage you to watch less television, sporting events, movies and whatever else is your distraction that is deemed entertainment.  If you believe that it fills something inside of you, or energizes you, it is nothing like a greater communion with yourself.   Instead make your inner journey more of your life.   There are so many options of self-growth; meditation, self-reflection, writing, art, creativity, gardening, prayer, therapy, my favorite communing with nature and so many more.  All of these strategies lead us to integrating deeper within us, planting the seeds of our own identities and personal talents to flower.

It is a time to focus on you and your growth. That positive growth influences others consciously and unconsciously.  I like to visualize us as quantum tornados mixing our energetic vibrations of awareness out into the world.  You will never known what you will stir up.

When you thank some one be present to the sensation in your body. It is a message beyond words that can be consciously directed in a more potent way. Be focused on your heart opening while you speak. It is a state of being that is open and vulnerable that creates energy more powerful than your words could ever convey. This state of being brings more connection to your own body so when you are thanking there is more presence in your eyes and face. It conveys to the recipient that they are important.

The real action occurs in the heart. We are sending out something of our natural essence to the person and our heart is the door opening out to give a more infinite energy to the receiver. It is simply done by being willing to be open and staying present to our heart/body consciousness. It is not necessary to push the energy of your gratitude out but be present with it. Our heart will know what to send and how much, we just need to make the choice to be opened.

The process of gratefully thanking someone opens us up to receive the gift as well. We open not only to the infinite part of us and connect to another person’s higher self but we are sending a message to our body that we are willing to more honest with who we are to others. To let ourselves be in a defenseless position, to move our ego out of the way to communicate in a higher form of awareness.

Of course we do not have to limited heart communication to just thanking others, it can be in anything we say. It is an unconditional messaging that we just stay open.
