In the world of Vicky Wall, creator of Aura Soma she refers to a state of consciousness of “Head in heaven. Feet on the ground.  And exactly in between in the middle is a special place called ‘The Golden Spot’”.

Head in heaven refers to the state of consciousness of being aware of the world beyond you and feet on the ground is the ability to stay centered to do the things in the mundane world to get things done.

The golden spot is the place within us that is where our original cell is created.  All of our life beings there.  It is located in the center of our body in our heart chakra.  I perceive it in the back of the chakra square in the middle of my chest.

As I began to ask my body to activate this energy and meditate with it I found it to empower my heart chakra in big ways.  It feels like a small white energy inside but the more that I meditate with it the light grows in infinite ways.  It speculate that it may be the connection to being in touch with an infinite energy we are all privledged to become.

I once went to a blessing by the master Ammachi.  As I sat and watched her blessed people by the hundreds I began to perceive in what it was occurring inside of her.  I entered into her heart to perceive a shining light deep with her heart chakra.  I began traveling to the center but after a few minutes I came no closer to the light.  Amma was an infinite energy within.

I am not a master but I speculate that the consciousness of the golden spot is key to becoming infinite within us.  Ask your body to activate it and play.

Why are you so protective of opening your heart and sharing with another?

Do you fear that something precious like your heart could not handle the disappointment if it was rejected?

Would one heart really reject another heart?

Could something so infinite like a heart really get hurt?

If you could be daring enough to open to another and allow your heart to express without inhibition what would occur?

It two hearts opened to each other and both minds were willing to receive it, how many fears and separations would fade away?

There is a knowing and wisdom in our heart and body that can trust.  Heart wisdom is an inherit power we all possess.

I was listening to someone who was not for certain if they were doing in life what they were ‘suppose’ to be doing, are they following their destiny.  Who or what has the knowing to know that?

Follow your heart.  That is a moment-to-moment choice of following what gets our ‘heart-self’ excited or feeling light.  It is a message to us of what our higher-self is guiding us to do.  I ask myself all the time what my body and/or heart would like in life.  What feels light for me?  When I follow it in some way I seem to grow and flourish in a variety ways.

Approach everything this way, the little stuff is just as important as the big stuff.  If we do work on the little stuff this way we will see that the big choices have many options.  We can find happiness and find purpose in life in many things because we are opened first in our heart.

Right and wrong become less of a factor instead to follow an inner power within you that brings joy in your life.  It is a connection to you and your relation to your higher self and a higher power beyond the body.

Since we can find joy in so many things finding ‘the one thing’ seems less relevant.  Instead living a fullness of life all the time is life lesson.  The careers and relationships will come when we center on our heart-felt happiness first.
