Excerpts From Bart’s Upcoming Book, Body Consciousness
By Bart Sharp
The process of clearing traumas using energetic tools can be inspiring and invigorating. We feel a new rush of life inside as the limited memories leave. It can feel so good to clear limitations, practice mediations and activations we may simply adore staying put in this discipline. In addition it can feel like there is another limitation or meditative energy to become, expand even more. Continue reading We Have To Create New Life Patterns Beyond Our Past As Part Of The Process Of Expanded Body Consciousness
Body Consciousness, Your Choice To Grow
In my experience of working with hundreds of people doing energetic clearings with the tools of Body Consciousness, as well as having profound experiences, I have seen an opportunity for great change. I use the word opportunity because when we experience a lifting of the limitation through an energetic releasing it opens the space to change. Sometimes it is misidentified as, “The problems of my life has been solved.” Continue reading Body Consciousness, Your Choice To Grow
Thinking Of Divorce?
By Bart Sharp
I recently received a call from a client who is considering divorcing. The marriage was not an abusive situation and no one was committing any moral crimes such as adultery. My client was sad because what she wanted in marriage was not there in this relationship. She was asking me for advice. Continue reading Thinking Of Divorce?
Body Consciousness And The Right Weight For You: Part One
By Bart Sharp
I recently went to a scale for the 1st time in over a year with the curiosity, “How much do I weigh?” I found myself at 150 pounds. As I reflect upon the weight I come to the realization, I have stayed within the same weight range between 150 and 160 pounds for the last 12 years. It gave me a deep sense of gratitude of how the consciousness tools (Access Consciousness mostly) I use in eating have served me so well. Below are some of the principles I live by in eating and developing a greater body consciousness. Continue reading Body Consciousness And The Right Weight For You
Unraveling The Ego
By Bart Sharp
The ego is one of the most commonly used terms, with many applications but most have less understanding of what an ego really is. According to David Hawkins, author of “Power vs. Force”, the ego is a part of our consciousness that is unresolved and is unconsciously trying to resolve our pains by expressing itself. In an odd way this is reassuring because we will act out what we need to deal with. Our job is to pay attention to how we act in the world thus seeing our limitations. Continue reading Unraveling The Ego

Joy is when everything in our life feels complete and whole. It is different than happiness because happiness is more about doing something that feels satisfying whereas joy is something internal. As an infant or child we intrinsically know joy because we enter this world as whole and complete beings. Continue reading Being Joy
Where Does Our Best Outcomes Come From?
By Bart Sharp
The world-wide known spiritual and political leader Nelson Mandela learned some of his greatest lessons in a four by eight foot prison cell in South Africa. He was incarcerated for over thirty years as a political prisoner and in those days Nelson learned to change the adversity of an abusive environment into something of an inspiration. The man of international peace learned to find his own peace and then practiced an unconditional acceptance for everyone from prison guards to fellow inmates. A Simple But Profound Tool For Empowerment
By Bart Sharp
I recently had a dream I was speaking at the Graduation Ceremony at Westlake High School. I was invited at the last moment and as was walking into the auditorium in a tie-dye t-shirt when I realized I had not planned a topic.
Unfazed I asked, “What topic can I present to best serve this group?” Continue reading A Simple But Profound Tool For Empowerment
