Magic in this reality is not with a wand like Harry Potter, although there are magical aspects of Harry Potter that we can learn from.  Magic is this reality is creating life in ways that goes beyond the rules and sometimes logic.  Things happen, spontaneous, unpredictable, we manifest our dreams and pull the things we value into our life.  We can do this easily but most likely not under our time schedule.  A magical life does not come from lack but of wholeness.

Magic is formless.  There are no formulas to follow, cookbooks or structures to it.

The more present you are in each moment you generate the power of magical creations.

Living your life in a question, with curiosity, discovery and opened facilitates magical occurrences.

We are all magical and we consciously and unconsciously create with our thoughts, words and actions.

Magic shows up in unpredictable ways.

Magic does not happen in the future or past but present.

Joy (when everything feels complete in us) is directly connected to magic.

Magicians work from a relaxed state not from trauma, adrenal glands, anxiety, force or negativity.  Relaxed creates the invitation.

How do we let go of a love or relationship that we have lost.  Here are some tips of how to let go of love.

To begin, do not blame the other person.  In love and relationship we do as two people.  We both have our parts.  It is quite easy to become angry at another and go into how they mistreated us or the mistakes they made, however it resolves nothing for us and teaches us little.  To be aware of how we allowed these behaviors to come into the relationship is a healthier perspective.  It may be their behaviors but we played into them.

When we discover what unconsciousness is within us that guides us to those patterns, we find the awareness that will open us to letting go of the lost love.  It can give us the biggest freedom and joy to discover our part and thus we will know how to do it differently next time.

Consciousness attracts the same consciousness to it.  There is something about learning those lessons that attracts a better relationship for the future.  If we do not learn we will likely make the same mistake again.

Grieving is important.  Most everyone hates and avoids this part of the process of loss yet it is so important.  If we do not release our tears that sadness lies within us and we carry it into our life and into the next relationship.  It is natural for us to grieve.  I personally hate doing it but I always feel better when I stay active in the grieving.  Often people ignore the tears and either go to blaming or another relationship, nothing is learned.  In grieving we gain perspective.

Gary Douglas of Access Energy Transformation teaches a valuable tool.  When we find ourselves in judgment, angry or in blame say to your self, “Interesting point of view that I have that point of view.”  This powerful statement detaches us from the judgment we are doing.  I find when I have a thought about something and I know I have done the inner work but when reoccurring thoughts are still coming up I say “Interesting point of view that I have that point of view.”  Sometimes I have to repeat it a few times but that reoccurring thought process that I feel I have no control over goes away. I go to a perspective of detachment which opens me to perceive not judge.

We hold all of our life’s experiences through our body memory.  Included in the recording is the emotional memory along with the imprinting of the event in the cellular structure of our body.  The emotional memory can be happiness we experience, the sadness, the anger or the trauma paired together with the memory of the experience.  We store all of this away not only in our mind but in the body as well.

The emotional memory seems to affect the well being of the cells as well.  For example if we have both the cellular memory trauma or body memory of abuse from the experience in the body, the cells are not as healthy.

We also seem to hold emotional experiences in certain areas of our body that pertain to the experience.  For example if we stuff our resentments of anger we may hold the memories in our abdominal areas or not express our anger the energy may be repressed in our throats.  If we have lots of unresolved crises and live in that kind of cellular memory trauma it may be held in our heart.

They may fester creating abnormal cells and are the impetus for disease in our bodies.

A friend of mine years back told me his dysfunctional behavioral patterns were so ingrained in him that it would take the rest of his life to change the way they were hardwired in his body.  This was said in the days that we used only our intellect to process our emotional sufferings.  I believed it was true in those days.

However since then I have learned that the cellular memory of emotional pain can be released.  We can have energetic transfers in both directions.

Part of the process of developing a higher consciousness is being aware of what is not working in our life.  Discovering the unconsciousness that is misleading us to making the same mistakes and creating our limitations is paramount to our spiritual growth.  Finding the self-improvement tools that work and using them is the crux of  many people’s personal growth plan.  Anyone that can successfully resolve their personal challenges has tools whether it be, parental teachings, common sense, religious teaching, psychological theories, energetic clearings and many more.  I use a combination of techniques with one of my main tools Access Energy Transformation.

One concept that I see with clients is that they believe that when they achieve a level of personal growth they will have peace and balance.  It is under the pretense that they can resolve some personal issues and things will feel safe and secure.

What I find about the path of consciousness is we will always be challenged and have periods of unbalance.  That is life.  Balance and peace are false concepts in that we will never permanently have them.  We can have times where we are complete but it transitions to another challenge.

It is why addictions are such a popular strategy because people seek peace through numbing themselves.  If we turn off our life to the various types of addictions we only lose our selves.

Part of the path to greater consciousness is challenges and being out of balance.  If we have developed spiritual or self-growth tools we will have the ability to resolve our unbalance to go back to wholeness or joy.  Knowing this I am rarely distressed by my personal challenges because I know it is part of the process of becoming more.  I get the fun dilemmas of finding what the limitations are and moving to a higher place.

I was recently working with a client who has had a variety of health issues that have been clearing up yet was not totally healthy.  She was looking for a job and not happy about it.  She did not have the tolerance to work.  In her words, “Work sucks.”  As she said it the pit of her stomach harden as if she was carrying the angst from her past labors.  In a way she was.  Deep inside of her was something, an emotional memory, that was reacting strongly I could feel the resistance it stimulated in her colon area.

I felt into the area of her stomach at the parts of my clients that were shadow personas of this tension.  In other words they were a strong emotional experience that was too overwhelming for my client to process when she was younger so the feeling were suppressed and the shadow has held it in place all of these years.  My client simply felt it as a nauseous anger feeling in her stomach when the memory was stimulated.

Part of my skills is able to identify shadows in people and then negoiate with the split part to return back to the true self.  With my client there was a shadow figure underneath the tension in her stomach.  This shadow was obese with its mouth wide open sucking in all of the pain, complaint, problems and traumas of everyone around.  It was one of her core duties, to be a caretaker for everyone,  She had done so all of her life beginning with her her overwhelmed mother and continued to do so.  She hated doing it, did not like that quality but did so without thinking, an unconscious shame based behavior.  She even dreaded meeting new people as it meant she would be taking on their stuff as well.  No wonder work sucked as it meant new stuff to become burdened by.

It was the source of so many of her health issues as well, her body was breaking due to all of the negativity she was absorbing from others.  Using energetic clearing tools of Access Energy Transformation and then talking to this shadow part of the woman she was able to release huge densities of limitations that were stuck in her body.   Immediately after the release my client could breath easily down into her solar plexus.  I could feel a flow of energy that moved with no resistance through her kidneys, spleen, liver and lower intestines.  She appeared to be more grounded into herself and color went back into her face.  Of course all of the original tension in her stomach was gone.  I have yet to hear back from her so I yet to hear the long term results.  This is an example of how a shadow part of works against us.

The life of Oprah Winfrey has inspired us all.  What fascinates me with Oprah Winfrey’s biography is that she had many disadvantages in her youth including poverty and being raped.  However Oprah believed in her self and her dreams to be much more.  Oprah Winfrey’s life has been one of believing in her dreams or visions and creating it into a reality.  Hopefully she will delight us with more of her creations through the years.

The question always mystifies me is how can one person have misfortune and rise above it while another never moves beyond it?  There are many aspects to this riddle and there is no one clear cut answer.

One aspect that might be a strength in Oprah Winfrey’s childhood was the love she received as an infant.  In the first two years of life we create the basis of our self-image.  Our unconscious power that is a huge part of our inner fortitude.  If we are genuinely loved and cared for in those early years it translates to personal belief and power in latter years.  It is one of our internal powers that guides us through other challenges in life.

If our parents are despondent, unloving, uncaring, overwhelmed or unavailable in other ways we as infants doubt ourselves.  Intrinsically we belief something must be wrong with us and we feel ashamed about our existence.  As we grow older we have that unconscious doubt about ourselves influencing our decisions and when we are challenged a part of unconsciousness wants to reinforce that we deserved such misfortune.  It is how the unconscious influences of how shame works.

However we can rise out of the ashes of our shamed childhood.  What it requires of us is to look deeply into our past at the stories of our life and most importantly feeling them in our body.  I have found in my personal work as well as with clients that when we viscerally feel the experiences and do energetic clearings about them we transform the shaming memories quicker.  It takes time but shame can be transformed.  Like Oprah Winfrey we can grow into a strong conscious and unconscious power that guides us to create our dreams.
