Discovery Of The Freedom Of Your Life
I remember in my early adult years of living a normal monotonous life of going to work, coming home, watching television, socializing and searching for other kinds of physical gratifications. It all became a pointless blurb that people called life. I felt like a robot following everyone else and wondering that there must be something better than this.
The problem was that I was living life from what others had defined has a great reality. I thought it would be fine for me but knew better. It was what my parents, siblings did. Looking back I can see a few key rules to creating my own life.
As a rule thumb to key is living your own life through the adventure that your heart guides you to become. It is a constant awareness of discovery and creation through lesson learned from your explorations.
First rule is give up the ideal that others are better at entertaining instead of you. Finding activities that stimulate the creative side of you are energizing and expand your own growth. No matter how tired I am if I do art I always re-energize. There are so many things that I love doing that I always feel better when I am involved with them. It stimulates something in my core being that revitalizes something an outside source cannot do.
If your rewards in life are television, movies, music, computer games etc… I suggest you reconsider your options. Having others entertain as your primary source of fulfillment will not fill you but only keep you entertained. It does not challenge or nourish your soul. It also has fewer possibilities to help in personal growth.
Another rule of thumb if you have a challenge or problem,: do not avoid it. Anything that you are dissatisfied with it is imperative that you come to terms with. The biggest key to freedom in letting go of my distress is that I always have a part in its creation. When I find out what that is I generally shift out of my limited point of view.
That is it! Two guidelines to follow in finding, loving your own life; Follow your heart to create and learn. Deal with your issues by finding how you created your limitations. Follow these guidelines and you will not live your life in a box again.
