In making your New Year’s Resolutions here are a few questions to consider making your targets more specific to what you would like to become.
What is my biggest limitation? What steps are required of me to change it?
What quality could you develop that would make you more attractive to others?
What would make your body feel better?
What relationship have I not resolved that if I did change it would give me more freedom and energy?
What weight or burden am I carrying that I would like to let go of?
What talents are ready for me to own next?
What talents and skills could I develop that would best serve me this year?
What adventure would I like to have this year?
What intimacy would I like to become or experience this year?
Who is a weight in my life? What can I do or become that would make me more complete in that relationship?
What emotional growth am I willing to have?
What personal characteristic is preventing me from becoming more effective? More loving? More kind? More prosperous?
What pain would I like to relinquish?
What would you like to improve in your health?
What is one word or phrase that you would like others to say about you?
A year from now what are three words or phrases that describe the person you would like to be? Pick a word for a below area but do not repeat the same area as you describe your three words or phrases.
