Body Consciousness: Fears In Present Time, Past Tense Relations

If you are in fear of what is happening these days; the fear maybe quite relevant in the world of body consciousness. However if you seem to have fear more than what seems to be natural it is probably because you have repressed fears and / or other emotions stimulated in addition to present tense fears.
The present tense will trigger the emotions of the past. Therefore if you have repressed and present tense emotions activated it will make it all feel bigger than the present tense situation actually is.
When we address the repressed emotions we become more detached from the present situation and feel relief of some sort. Then we can be more objective with the present tense challenges to deal with one issue at a time. A great relief in our emotional transformation becoming more in our body consciousness.
